Ongoing priority support for applicants who are preparing and managing their own Non-Lucrative Visa application but want access to our team for help and guidance along the way.

The service includes:

• Dedicated Service Coordinator assigned to your application
• Priority response to your application-related questions
• Guidance on obtaining and preparing the documents required for your application
• Support with queries about application forms and supporting documentation
• Guidance on financial, healthcare and other application requirements
• Support with BLS appointment booking and preparation for your appointment
• Ongoing support with issues or questions that arise while preparing your application

Your Service Coordinator will be available throughout the preparation of your application, giving you a consistent point of contact when you need help.

Please note: This service covers support up to submission of your application. Post-submission Consulate queries, appeals and other additional services can be purchased separately if required.
